ZACHARY LAZZARO NAMED POV SPORTS MARKETING ACCOUNT COORDINATOR


WAYNE, Pa. (Aug. 27, 2019) – Zac Lazzaro joins POV Sports Marketing as account coordinator supporting account teams on both brand strategy and activation, as well as Sponsorship Edge™ -- POV’s proprietary suite of services to help organizations maximize sponsorship revenue and create effective sales strategies.

Lazzaro comes to POV after having earned his MBA and Masters in Sports Administration from top-ranked Ohio University’s postgraduate sports business program. In addition to serving as the recruitment coordinator for the program, Zac completed consulting projects for a variety of organizations across the sports industry including: AZ Alkmaar, Business of Hockey Institute, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, The Strategic Agency, and University of Illinois at Chicago.

Lazzaro earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Neumann University in Aston, PA. He graduated as a dual-sport student-athlete earning letters in both Ice Hockey and Tennis. During his time at Neumann, Zac served as a marketing intern for the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC). Prior to completing his undergraduate degree, Lazzaro spent two seasons with the Kenai River Brown Bears (Soldotna, AK) of the North American Hockey League – one of the top USA Hockey sanctioned junior leagues in the nation.
